How do I redeem credits?

Your credits are automatically applied to the items in your cart. If you don’t have enough credits to cover the value of items in your cart, your order won’t be fulfilled.

If I run out of credits, can I pay to purchase additional items? 

Not yet. Currently, items can only be purchased using credits.

How does shipping work?

You’ll receive a one-time-use coupon that you can enter at checkout to get free shipping on your first order. Since the code only works once, we highly recommend spending all your credits in a single order to take full advantage of the shipping discount.

What is a credit?

A credit is a virtual token system used to purchase swag from our swag shop. Credits have no monetary value and are only available to 1Password employees and select members of our community.

I want to return something. How do I do that? 

Unfortunately, we’re not able to offer refunds or exchanges. Please review your cart carefully to make sure you’re satisfied with your choices before completing checkout.

Where is my order? 

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. If you haven’t received (or can’t find) your shipping confirmation email and you placed your order more than 5 business days ago, please reach out to swag@1password.com.
